Return & Refund Policy – Furry Finds LLC

At Furry Finds, we care deeply about you and your furry friends. We always strive to ensure that every product you receive meets our quality standards and brings joy to your pet. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — and we’re here to make the return or refund process as easy and stress-free as possible.

1. Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order.

To qualify for a return, please make sure that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable).
  • You include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your return request.

Please note: Any items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These include:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

We encourage customers to double-check product descriptions and personalization details before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience.

3. Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (depending on your bank or card provider).

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless:

  • The item was defective,
  • You received the wrong item, or
  • The error was caused by us.

In these cases, we’ll cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.

4. Exchanges

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied!
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

We’ll gladly send you a replacement or arrange an exchange at no extra cost.

To start an exchange, please email our support team at info@furryfindspet.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item

Our team will review your request and provide detailed instructions for the return or exchange process.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Be sure to include clear photos of the packaging and the product(s) in question so we can quickly resolve the issue.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, we recommend that you:

  • Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contact your payment provider — sometimes refunds take a few extra days to post.
